Troubleshooting Steps:
1. Check the Connections
Please make sure the power station, charger, and wall socket are all securely connected. Confirm that the charger's indicator light is on.
2. Check Charging Status
Look at the power station's screen to see if it lights up, shows the charging icon, and displays input power. This indicates that charging is in progress.
3. Test the Charger
If the charger's indicator light is off, the charger may be faulty. Try using a different charger to see if the power station can charge normally.
4. Try Alternative Charging Methods
You may also try using a car charger, different wall socket, or solar panel to rule out socket or circuit issues.
5. Observe Product Response
If the power station remains unresponsive (e.g. screen stays off and cannot be charged), it may indicate an internal fault.
6. Try resetting the product and test charging again.
- For models E160 / E240 / E300 / E500 / E1000: Press and hold the "Display" button for 10 seconds.
- For models E880Pro / E1000Pro / E1500B / E1500Pro / E2000Pro: Press and hold both the "Display" button and the "USB" button simultaneously for 10 seconds.
- For models E300Plus / E600Plus / E1000Plus / E2000Plus / E3000Pro : Press and hold both the "Display or Power" button and the "USB" button simultaneously for 10 seconds.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, the product may be defective.
