When the low/high temperature icon appears, it means the internal battery temperature is too low/high. As a protective measure, the device temporarily disables charging or discharging.
Please follow the steps below:
- Move the product to a warmer indoor environment (recommended room temperature: 15°C–25°C), avoiding direct sunlight or placing it near heaters.
- Wait for a while (typically 2 hour) until the low temperature icon disappears automatically.
- Once the icon disappears, try charging or discharging the product again.
- If the icon does not disappear for a long time, try restarting the device and test again.
- For models E160 / E240 / E300 / E500 / E1000: Press and hold the "Display" button for 10 seconds.
- For models E880Pro / E1000Pro / E1500B / E1500Pro / E2000Pro: Press and hold both the "Display" button and the "USB" button simultaneously for 10 seconds.
- For models E300Plus / E600Plus / E1000Plus / E2000Plus / E3000Pro : Press and hold both the "Display or Power" button and the "USB" button simultaneously for 10 seconds.
